Incorporation, company secretary and registered address at published prices. Sign up in two minutes, upload your documents in the portal, meet us in person or on a short video call, and we file. Questions are answered within one business day by the people who do the work.
You have read the guides, you know a Hong Kong company suits you, and you would rather pay a fair fixed price than sit through a consultation. That is who this is for.
Freelancers, consultants and small businesses moving from sole proprietor to a limited company. You can be your own designated representative, so nothing extra applies.
A clean company, registers in order and a secretary who files on time, so the first investor conversation is not about paperwork you forgot.
Run a Hong Kong company from anywhere. Non-resident owners add a designated representative, which we provide at a published annual fee.
All amounts in Hong Kong dollars. Where a government fee or stamp duty applies to a later filing, it is passed through at cost and shown on your invoice before we file.
Prices are read live from our price list and apply to new orders placed through the portal. Business Registration renewal is a government fee, currently HK$2,350 a year, and is charged at cost.
Two minutes on the form below. We send you a sign-in link to your client portal. No password to remember.
Choose incorporation in the portal, pay by card or bank transfer, and upload ID and proof of address for each director and owner. We then meet you at our Tin Hau office or on a short video call to complete verification.
Once your documents pass our checks, we file electronically. The Companies Registry usually issues the certificate within a few business days.
Certificates, registers and official mail land in your portal. Renewals and changes are ordered there too, and any question is answered within one business day.
A fixed scope at a fixed price, delivered by the licensed firm itself.
Need any of that? The same licensed firm offers a full-service, advisory practice under the 818HI brand.
Every Hong Kong company must keep accounts, file a profits tax return and, in most cases, be audited each year. Tick "bookkeeping" when you get started and Certanta will contact you with a monthly plan. Their real-time ledger connects to your portal, so your records and your company documents live in one place.
Yes. A Hong Kong company needs no local director or shareholder. If none of your directors, shareholders or employees is a Hong Kong resident, the law requires a designated representative for the Significant Controllers Register. We provide that at the annual price shown above. We onboard owners resident in most countries; where enhanced checks are needed we tell you before you pay, and where we cannot act we say so at the start.
Usually three to five business days after your identity documents pass our checks. Electronic filing at the Companies Registry is typically same day or next day, and the certificate arrives in your portal as soon as it is issued.
For each director and beneficial owner: a passport or Hong Kong ID and proof of residential address dated within three months. For the company itself: what it will do, where its customers and suppliers are, and who ultimately owns it. As a licensed TCSP we verify both the people and the company before we file, so we also meet you once, in person at our Tin Hau office or on a short video call. Everything else is uploaded in the portal after signing up.
Yes. It includes the Companies Registry incorporation fee, the Business Registration fee and levy for the first year, the company secretary and registered office for twelve months, and the registers and company kit. The only things not in it are optional filings you order later, which are priced on this page.
The annual renewal package at the price shown above, plus the Business Registration government fee at cost. It covers the company secretary, registered office and the annual return filing.
Bank account opening is not part of the fixed-price service. Most of our clients open a business account online with a Hong Kong fintech provider using the documents we deliver to the portal, and we can refer you to our partners Airwallex, Payoneer and PingPong. We may receive a commission from a partner if you open an account through these links.
Raise a ticket in your portal, or reply to any email we send you, and a member of the team who actually handles your filings replies within one business day, Monday to Friday. When something needs a conversation, we arrange a meeting at our office or a video call.
LAULEGA LIMITED is a Hong Kong trust or company service provider licensed by the Companies Registry, licence TC000573, based in Tin Hau. The firm has formed and maintained companies since 2011. laulega.com is our self-serve, fixed-price service; our advisory practice operates as 818HI.
If our checks mean we cannot act for you, we refund your payment in full, less any government fee already paid on your behalf. If you change your mind before we file, we refund everything except a HK$500 processing fee.
No payment on this form. It creates your client portal account, where you place the order, pay, and upload your documents in your own time.
